We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

We do not process sensitive information.

We may also provide you with the option to register using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in Section 6 below.

• Aggregate insights and reporting — we may use anonymized, non-personally identifiable data (such as rating trends and demographic ranges) to generate aggregate insights that may be shared with or sold to festival organizers and industry partners. No individual user is ever identified in this data.

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so — such as your consent, to comply with laws, to fulfil contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in Canada, we may process your information where you have given us express or implied consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

In some exceptional cases, applicable law may permit us to process your information without consent — for example, for fraud detection, legal compliance, or where collection is clearly in your interests and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way.

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us and require access to that information. We have contracts in place with these third parties to safeguard your personal information.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using a third-party social media account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider — typically your name, email address, and profile picture.

We will use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control how your social media provider uses your information and recommend reviewing their privacy policy directly.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, or as required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than three (3) months after the termination of your account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

While we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to: access a copy of your personal information; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; and data portability.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before your withdrawal.

To opt out of marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send or contact us directly. We may still send you essential service-related communications.

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have your browsing activities monitored. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

California "Shine The Light" Law: California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Submit your request using the contact details in Section 14.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or sending you a direct notification.
